Export to Excel by it's nature has a simple table format while FRB report layout
is not just a table but a set of bands with frames having arbitrary vertical and
horizontal positions. In a common case it is impossible (or very difficult) to
get Excel output exactly matching the report layout.

FRB doesn't export headers nor body. It is report's data exporter. In other
words, you can get report data (variable) fields exported. All the constant
strings (headers and body) aren't supposed to be exported.
> In addition to that all reports headings and amounts are cut.
Actually, report data values aren't cut. In some cases Excel column width is not
enough to display all the exported data/strings. Again, it's just report data
and you can do post format this data in Excel as desired.
Anyway, Excel export feature is demonstrated by FRB demo (and example)
application, and you should try this before buy and complain publically. If you
have any particular feature or enhancement request you should better contact me
